What is your return policy?
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we're here to help. Simply return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt. Once we've seen it and checked everything's in order, we'll refund the amount you paid for it, including any duties and taxes. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box). Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including: Face + Body products if opened, used or protective seal is not intact Underwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken, Swimwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken, Pierced jewellery if the seal has been tampered with or is broken. Face coverings if the seal has been tampered with or is broken.
How do I return my item?
To return an item(s) you will need to post your return, using your preferred international shipping courier, to the address below:

To help us process your return, please make sure your order ID is visible in the return address, and attach a copy of your invoice or confirmation email, including your order number and contact information. We recommend sending your items back using an insured and trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking number. Unfortunately, BDSC and Localised won't be responsible for lost returns or for the cost of your return shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we've received your return and checked everything's in order, we'll refund your original method of payment. Please allow approximately 3-10 business days for return processing. We’ll be sure to keep you updated and email you when we have processed your refund. How long do I have to return? You've got 10 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.
Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not accepting exchanges at the moment. If you want to exchange an item for another, please return the original one and place a new order instead.
Can I return my items to a store?
At the moment, items purchased on BDSCollective cannot be returned or exchanged at BDSC stores.
